一 |     SEVENTEEN’s DK and SEUNGKWAN are teaming up for a new unit as DxS. Interestingly, they are also slated to release their first mini album, titled Serenade. It is slated for release on January 12, 2025. DxS unveiled a trailer with the caption, 'An Ordinary Love.' It was released through HYBE LABELS official YouTube channel. The video presents a cinematic narrative of lovers on different paths in life that mirrors the album’s emotional arc.          The trailer opens with DK unable to hang up an unanswered phone call. Scenes that follow depict him and his loved one existing in the same space yet feeling worlds apart. The symbolism was made apparent through imageries of wilted plants and dried fruit. They hinted at a relationship nearing its end. DK’s monotonous daily rhythm soon shifts when an unexpected encounter introduces new tension and a turning point in the story.SEUNGKWAN appears as a clerk at a comic book café. His character recalls a past love when he sees a customer’s book. A brief smile flickers across his face as he revisits the warmth of the memory, only for the moment to break when he accidentally drops a comic while rushing to hand over the books. The title of the fallen book, Blue, flashes across the scene. It adds intrigue to the unfolding narrative.Serenade, meaning "a love song sung at night," captures every moment between meeting and parting through DK and SEUNGKWAN’s emotional storytelling.          About SEVENTEENSEVENTEEN comprises S.COUPS, JEONGHAN, JOSHUA, JUN, HOSHI, WONWOO, WOOZI, THE 8, MINGYU, DK, SEUNGKWAN, VERNON and DINO. 二 | 现将该拟受理公示撤销，待后续核准符合要求后，再另行公示。　　对此，21快讯记者以投资者身份致电宜春时代新能源矿业有限公司（下称“宜春时代”）相关负责人，对方表示此次拟受理公告遭撤销，主要与去年12月以及上月该项目公示网站为商业网站有关，重走流程要看审批节奏，有时候会受到较多信息的干扰。　　宜春时代为宁德时代（300750.SZ）子公司。此前，宜春时代于2025年12月18日在全国建设项目环境信息公示平台对该项目进行了首次环境影响评价信息公示；2026年7月27日至2026年8月7日，宜春时代在生态环境公示网对该项目的征求意见稿进行了环境影响评价信息公示。

三 | 　　而《环境影响评价公众参与办法》指出，建设单位应当在确定环境影响报告书编制单位后7个工作日内，通过其网站、建设项目所在地公共媒体网站或者建设项目所在地相关政府网站，公开包括建设项目名称、选址选线、建设内容等基本情况在内的相关信息。　　公开资料显示，枧下窝锂矿是全球已探明最大的锂云母矿，设计满产后碳酸锂年产能约10万吨。停产前，其产量约占全国总产量的8%—10%。2025年8月9日采矿许可证到期后矿山处于停产状态。

四 | 该矿复产的动向正牵动着市场的神经。

五 | 　　紫金天风期货8月24日发布研报指出，周内枧下窝锂矿复产流程不顺利的传言重新推动锂价上涨，考虑到流程进展多次反复，暂一事一议——若枧下窝锂矿复产落地不及预期，Q4整体去库量预计将有所扩大，基本面继续走强，价格或回到7月前的震荡区间；若复产顺利，锂价或维持8月震荡区间。而近期注册仓单量继续走高，一定程度上反映当下现货并不极度紧缺，但不紧缺可能是供应确实充分，也可能是下游当前采货并不急切，考虑到总库存去化斜率走陡，且预期为持续去化，同时下游原料库存天数继续下降，该机构更倾向于后者。由于年内需求暂未有走弱迹象，或需关注后续下游采货节奏对锂价的阶段性支撑作用。
